Panel Upgrades & Repair

In the US homes use more electricity then was used just 30 years ago. In most homes your AC/Heat is using the most electricity. Modern kitchens have more countertop appliances then in the past and that mean more receptacels. But just adding more receptacles does not mean you have more power. To get more power to a location the circuit should run directly from the distribution panel.

You may need a panel upgrade to allow more power to critical areas of your home. Older homes were not wired for all the new electrical technology that has become standard in our environment. You may need a "service change", that would require not only an upgrade in your electric panel, but also an upgrade in your meter socket and wire size between the meter and panel.
